A: You must be a member of a private channel for it to be visible in your channel list. Only members or owners of the private channel can see its conversations, documents, and resources. Team owners don't have access to a private channel’s resources unless they are a member of the private channel. The private channel's corresponding SharePoint folder is only visible in the document library to members of the private channel.
